Applying Lean principles can reduce waste whilst providing a means, for output,
to meet customer demand. These principles in conjunction with design for manufacturing
provide a way of creating products, that increase market demand, whilst contributing
to reducing toxic and hazardous waste.
Lean principles contributes significantly to the management of costs and reduces
financial exposure through the management of the cash-to-cash cycle.

Biz Performance is an informative resource developed around the author’s experience.
It will re-enforce his views on Performance Management and will evolve further as
the authors experience increases. It will over time provide a forum for Business
Performance Consultants and provide a research resource for those interested in
improving the performance and practices within their various organisations.
Biz Performance’s aspiration is to mitigate the risk out of Performance Management
Projects. It will provide a means of communicating between experienced independent
consulting resources by sharing experiences thus helping those engaged in the process
of continually improving business processes. The site will monitor and feedback
successful Projects to instill a greater confidence in the resources engaged in
the practice of Business Process Improvement.

reduce waste whilst optimising performance within an organisation. By adopting a
frugal management philosophy through the use of “Lean” techniques, highlight, how
Business Performance is essential to those organisations pursuing a “Green” strategy.
Biz Performance will show how Performance Management can instill growth and stability
within an organisation whilst increasing the contribution from human resources whilst
instilling a pride in their work and the organisation.
